Class 011 — Environmental control apparatus: Flashlights; battery operated lanterns; compact and hand-held spotlights for personal and household use; lighting products, namely, miners' lamps, batteries and circuits, all sold as a unit; portable hand lamps and belt lights for illumination purposes, namely, flashlights; spot lights; portable headlamps; pocket search lights; keychain flash lights; and remote area lights, namely, spot lights, portable utility lights and lighting installations; all of the aforementioned not for use on vehicles and specifically for use by first responders and in the mining and industrial fields
