Class 009 — Scientific and electric apparatus: Devices for measuring chemical levels, in particular antigen levels, in water or water-based solutions for use in diagnostic sample testing, for detecting allergies and not for medical purposes, all of the foregoing limited to devices for examining a product of which the smallest carrier unit comprises no more than one kind of diagnostic preparation or substance, other than the aforesaid goods for use with blood reserves and medical transfusion products, and limited to use in immunofluorescence-based diagnostics using tissues and transfected eukaryotic cells as substrates
