Class 007 — Machines and machine tools: Industrial mixing machines, namely static mixers, static mixers with heat-exchanging devices being parts thereof, mixers-heat exchangers, namely mixing machines with heat exchangers being parts thereof mixing reactors, static mixers with tempering devices, static mixers for controlling and/or conducting reactions, static mixers for tempering, homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying, suspending, contacting and conditioning flowable substances, and static mixers for mixing highly viscous substances; devices, namely machines for simultaneously carrying out mixing, heat and matter exchange and/or reaction processes; mechanical mixing devices and static mixers for industrial use; and parts for all of the above devices
Class 009 — Scientific and electric apparatus: Chemistry apparatus and instruments, namely mixing reactors, mixing reactors for polymerization, static reactors, static mixers with heat-exchanging devices being parts thereof, and static mixers for controlling and/or conducting reactions; and parts for all of the above apparatus and devices
