Goods and services
- Class 042 — Scientific and technological services: SERVER SECURITY GUARD is a combination of services designed to keep mission-critical Internet servers secure from unauthorized access. This service includes the following: 1- Pantek's monitoring software is installed on the server, and checks for signs of unauthorized access. If detected, our software immediately contacts via Email and/or Email-Page an oncall engineer who will login and block the attempt; 2- Pantek engineers perform regular (monthly or bi-monthly) full system security audits and reports for each registered system, to ensure that automatic security mechanisms have not failed; 3- Pantek engineers manually update all vendor-released software updates on each registered system to ensure the update process goes smoothly and does not affect any other service running on the server; and 4- If unauthorized access is detected on the server while using SERVER SECURITY GUARD, Pantek provides (2) free hours of technical support to aid in blocking or cleaning the system. This service is currently available for mission-critical servers running the Linux (tm) or Windows (tm) operating platforms.
